Well of course you have to STOP and think things
through. But you need help! One of the many

Use bright colours: find any florescent clothes. These colours
are easy to see and rescue teams will spot you
easily.

Make
smoke: make a smokey fire by putting material over
your fire. This will attract attention from any
planes or nearby trampers. Just be careful not to
start a bush fire!

Mirrors:
if you see a plane, try using a mirror to reflect
the sunís light in the planeís
direction.

S.O.S!
Try and mark out S.O.S in rocks or clothing. Use
colours that will be easily seen.

Flash
your camera: if you see a plane up ahead flash your
camera. This may catch the pilotís
attention.
