On the flight deck, in the nose of the aircraft, the flight crew work. There will be a pilot, and a co-pilot, and maybe others (depending on the size of the plane).

Sometimes they will speak to the passengers over the speaker system, and tell them about the flight. They have a lot of instruments that they need to keep an eye on, to keep the plane flying safely.
