180 degree rule 1

For shot/reverse shot to work, the camera position has to follow the '180 degree rule'.

Here are two actors looking at each other. Imagine that we can draw a 'line' from one character's eyes to the other character's eyes. It's important that the camera doesn't cross this 'line of action' between two characters.
