The CD-ROM contains additional resources in the 'Extras' folder.

The 'printable' folder includes storyboard sheets, logging sheets and a printable version of the glossary.

The 'videoclips' folder contains an unedited dialogue, which you can edit yourself.
If you're using a Mac, you should drag the 'iMovieDialogue' folder to your Movies folder and open it within iMovie - or import it into Final Cut.
If you're using a PC, you should import 'Dialogue.avi' into your editing programme.

Software you may need (QuickTime 6.5 and Adobe Reader) is in the 'Installers' folder.
