The Dutch
Railway Museum (NSM) in the former Maliebaan station in
Utrecht is a must for Railrunners like me. Each year
I visit it at least twice because of its variety. The 'Dutch
Railshow' is something special. It's a combination of film
perfect sound and animation.
This 1122
was more then just an electric locomotive of Dutch Railways.
It was and still is a very reliable drudge. What a pity
those locos are disappearing from the sections now.
Fortunately I still have one on my model
railroad.
The
'Camel' is a funny little train. When I'm grown-up earning a
lot of money in the future, I will lease this former
'VIP-car of Dutch Railways' for a day to have a little ride
together with some fellow Railrunners.
Actually
I'm a little too old already, but it's such a great fun to
have a little ride in the museums garden. (Photo: dad)
